The management team of J D Macadam & Son Ltd have a Policy of continual improvement to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
In line with this Policy we recognise the benefits of operating our business in compliance with the most up to date requirements of the quality standards PAS 43, ISO 9001 2015 and Sector 17.
It is the Policy of J D Macadam & Son Ltd that the Company complies with , and fully embraces the spirit of the requirements of running a fully managed quality management system under both ISO 9001 2015 and PAS 43 along with the requirements of the NHSS17 scheme, which shall be subject to both Internal and external audits at regular Intervals.
This will provide the framework required for establishing and reviewing quality objectives and enable us to maintain a structured and consistent approach to business , maximise internal efficiency and maintain through its adoption, the very highest standards of customer care possible.
Such quality objectives include amongst others : The provision of a professional roadside rescue and recovery service for all vehicles from motorcycles and cars to heavy commercial vehicles , ensure that staff are courteous to customers at all times and ensure customer service complaints are always handled promptly and fairly.
The Company complies with and seeks to exceed the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act of 1974 7 DPA 1998.
It is the belief of all at J D Macadam & Son Ltd that in adopting the procedures implicit within this standard , it will enable us to increase the Company’s operating efficiency , minimise wastage and hence improve profitability, whilst maintaining and continuously improving the levels of customer satisfaction.
Our aim is to always achieve total customer satisfaction with the services we offer so customers continue to choose us as their preferred supplier and also confidently recommend our Company to other potential customers which is a strategy for continued growth, competitively, prosperity and secured employment. The organisation is fully committed to NHSS 17b and has the top management support including the Incident Managers commitment to delivering the requirement of NHSS 17b.
This quality policy statement is to be reviewed annually for continuing suitability and shall be communicated to, understood and followed by all personnel at all levels employed by the Company – Adherence to this Policy is mandatory for ALL employees .
