Invoicing Clerk - Part Time
Location - West Lancashire Area

The invoice clerk gathers data from job sheets, technicians and APEX software to generate invoices and to ensure that costs, mileages and extra charges information is accurate for all recovery clubs the Company works for.

They will analyse each individual job to ensure accuracy for monthly quality reports. The clerk will also work with the other depots and clubs to resolve any inaccuracies on jobs completed.

Clerks prepare invoices to private customers and ensure their accuracy. They also need to work closely with Accounts to help with reconciliation.

Skills
Invoice clerks must have basic math skills and a strong attention to detail to detect errors on invoices. The clerk must have basic computer skills for data entry and reading computer files and he/she also communicates with Managers, administrator, technicians and customers regarding invoice discrepancies. Communication skills are necessary to work with fellow employees and customers to reconcile invoice information.

Qualifications
Ideally the successful candidate will have a basic knowledge of the rescue and recovery industry.
Training in APEX software and the club invoicing will be provided in house.

Recovery Technician - Full Time
Location - West Lancashire UK

We are currently seeking to recruit a recovery driver to collect and deliver customers' vehicles in a safe and professional manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the correct paperwork is completed with the customer, and for collecting payments and issuing receipts. You must have experience of driving trucks of over 7.5 tonnes and hold a Class 2 driving licence with trailer entitlement or Class 1. It is desirable for any candidate to have the Basic IVR 1,2 & 3 and First Aid at Work certification. As this position involves dealing with members of the public, strong customer service skills are essential. It is necessary that anyone applying can pass a pre-employment screening process which includes CRB vetting. The successful candidate will also demonstrate a good knowledge of workplace Health and Safety. A good knowledge of the area is an advantage. The applicant must live in the Accrington/Blackburn or Preston area.
